The 21-room, two-floor Casa Malibu Inn on the Beach provides an affordable getaway with a great mix of privacy as well. Malibu Riviera Motel
The Malibu Riviera Motel has revamped itself recently to improve its accommodations and the overall feel of the place. Built in 1947, the motel is modest and has just a dozen or so rooms, the majority of which have private patios.
As opposed to the majority of Malibu hotels, this motel is not located on or directly near the beach, but instead is about half a mile away.
